Great Island Eatery Opening!

Happy spring from the Great Island Eatery, we are very excited for our first season here at GIBY!

Great Island Eatery offers a variety of breakfast foods, from muffins, breakfast sandwiches, or a hearty boater’s breakfast…and don’t forget the Green Mountain Coffee!

If you are looking for a great sandwich, try our famous cranberry walnut chicken salad; or choose from one of our many Boar’s Head Meat selections.  Sandwiches can be served on fresh baked bread, gluten free bread, wraps or subs.  On the lighter side, try a fresh salad served with a mini baguette.  Chowder will be served daily, and look for our soup specials during the week.

If you have a sweet tooth, we offer a scrumptious selection of baked goods.  Amazing chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies, puff pastries filled with fruit, and our homemade whoopie pies.  There are plenty of gluten free options for something sweet too!

Here at the Eatery, we love our vegetables so what better way to make sure you receive all your daily nutrients than to juice them!  Not sure how kale, ginger, beets, carrots and green apple would taste together?  Come on in and give it a try!  We also offer fresh apple, pineapple, orange and grapefruit juices.  We promise to quench your thirst.

Great Island Eatery will be opening on Wednesday, April 22nd.

Hours of operation:  seven days a week!  Sunday & Monday 7am – 3pm and Tuesday through Saturday 7am – 5pm.  You’re welcome to call ahead for takeout:  385-0114.

We can’t wait to see your smiling faces!

Try again. The cafe opened under new ownership on 8/1/18. It’s now called Craft Kitchen & Provisions. It is open Wednesdays through Sundays, 7am – 2pm for breakfast and lunch. Pamela is also serving locally roasted Moses Dyer coffee and beer and wine to go. The space has been totally renovated and there’s a nice deck overlooking the boat yard now too.
