Any port in a storm? Sure. But there are some ports that offer more peace-of-mind than others. Orrs Cove, GIBY’s home, provides excellent protection, especially during inclement weather. Last week, during the powerful sou’easter that hammered the Maine coast, we were reminded just how fortunate we are to be so naturally sheltered. When the storm passed, we were grateful to be among those reporting little damage…, and no damage to boats, on docks or moorings.
