Finishing a Sabre 66

Another brand-new Sabre 66, has arrived at GIBY for finishing. This one is fresh off the mold! After doing some fairing and post-cure sealing at the factory, our team has begun to prep the hull and bottom. High-building will soon be followed by a strenuous long-boarding process. Next, the team will enter the finishing phases – priming and painting. While the vessel is in our care, the GIBY fiberglass and metal teams will also work on the boat, cutting, manufacturing, and installing side-entry hull doors and fabricating metal rail ends to accommodate the customization.
