Our team got technical with another carbon spar repair this winter, repairing stress cracks on a Hinckley SW 42. Using a vacuum bagging process and precise finish work, the crew ensured a perfect fit for the existing stowaway gear box, inside and out. Strength of material at a gooseneck connection is critical.
