Join Safe Harbor Great Island Members and others on Thursday, June 24, to participate in the Maine Island Trail Association’s (MITA) cleanup of beach trash on Little Yarmouth Island from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Volunteers are welcome, but space is limited so you must pre-register at mita.org/events. MITA will be shuttling volunteers to the island, from Bethel Point, beginning around 9:00 am. Safe Harbor Great Island Members are also invited to ride aboard AMORY JENCKS, with Jim Parmentier, leaving the Safe Harbor Great Island fuel dock at 8:30 am.
